Twenty full-time technical staff and sizeable number of senior consultants complete the AMH team, which has the capacity to render services in the fields of infrastructure engineering, environmental engineering, landfill planning and design, geology and geo-hazard assessment (including monitoring), geotechnical engineering, construction management (including construction quality control), building design, ports engineering, coastal engineering, drainage and hydraulic studies, and transportation engineering.

AMH has undertaken more than two hundred major and minor projects since 1999, covering technical advisory services, feasibility studies, preliminary engineering and detailed design, construction management and special studies requiring modeling and research.  These projects have taken AMH professional staff from the northernmost province of Batanes to the cities of Davao and Zamboanga in Mindanao.
