DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR THE GREENFIELD DISTRICT PROJECT

Location : EDSA-Shaw Blvd., Madaluyong City

AMH was engaged as the primary civil works consultant for the re-development of the Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City. Bounded by Shaw Blvd., Sheridan St., Reliance St., and EDSA, the project is envisioned to support the development of high-end residential, office, and commercial mixed uses with numerous high-rise buildings. Work included a survey of the existing utilities, assessment of services to the existing development and the design of new road alignments and utility systems, which include drainage, water distribution, sewer collection, treated water distribution, telecommunication, and electrical power distribution.

SLOPE STABILITY ASSESSMENT & DESIGN FOR THE HILLSIDE AT TAGAYTAY HIGHLANDS

Client : Highlands Prime, Inc.

Location : Tagaytay Highlands, Calamba, Laguna

Highlands Prime, Inc. (of the SM Group of Companies) engaged the services of AMH to undertake analysis and design work leading to the implementation of slope remediation measures for this existing 14ha development within the Tagaytay Highlands Complex. Slope failures occurred in several sections of the project due to typhoon events, requiring remediation in order to prevent further degradation and negative impact on the rest of the infrastructure. AMH utilized Rocslide® slope analysis software for the modeling work and prepared civil design drawings for design-build procurement. The project is expected to be completed within 2011.
