Coastal Study of Anvaya Cove

Client : Ayala Land, Inc.

Location : Morong, Bataan

Ayala Land, Inc. is developing a 320-hectare beachfront property in Morong, Bataan dubbed as "Anvaya Cove", with a commanding view of Subic Bay, the Zambales mountain range, forested areas, coves and secluded beaches. Once completed, the project is aimed to be ALI's signature leisure community in the Zambales and Subic Bay area. This project allowed AMH to simulate sediment deposition patterns of Illinin Cove; investigate possible circulation problem (turbulence/water stagnation) on either side of the cove; recommend location of a proposed pier.
