Objective and Key Strategies
It is the objective of AMH to become an engineering consulting company that Filipinos can be proud of, and adopts the following strategies to reach this goal:
We shall define our Customer's needs in specific, measurable and deliverable terms. We understand the need to fully appreciate our Clients' requirements and shall make sufficient efforts to ensure its documentation.
We shall pursue projects that provide equal opportunities for "earning" and "learning of new technologies". AMH shall strive to work with the best in the business and shall network with people and firms from whom we can give, and receive value.
We shall constantly scan the environment for new Information Technology tools that can be used in the execution of our projects. We recognize the value of information technology in enhancing efficiency, accuracy and competitiveness, and shall strive to optimize the use of these tools in carrying out our work. We acknowledge intellectual property and support the use of licensed software in our consulting service.
We shall constantly practice our quality policy of peer review, diligent documentation and solicitation of Customer feedback
We shall promote linkages between the industry and the academe. AMH recognizes the academe as an invaluable partner in consulting work. We shall strive to create opportunities to partner with members of the academe, and shall support the academe in instruction, research and extension work.
